Course Description:

The Hotline & Intake Train-the-Trainer (T3) is for current CSE-IT Hotline & Intake users, providing certification to hold in-house training. This empowers your organization to provide ongoing, internal training on the CSE-IT accommodating for new hires and the expansion of screening.

The CSE-IT Hotline & Intake Train-the-Trainer (T3) is open to those who:

  • Have previously attended a CSE-IT training and have used the CSE-IT for a minimum of 6 months
  • Have previously attended a CSE-IT training and have directly supervised staff using the CSE-IT for a minimum of 6 months
  • Or are experienced CSEC trainers or full time trainers for an agency/organization



The CSE-IT Hotline & Intake Train-the-Trainer consists of two parts:

• Part 1 is the CSE-IT Hotline & Intake User training to review use of the tool and increase familiarity with the User Training curriculum.

• Part 2 builds training skills and comfort with the curriculum to prepare trainers to independently lead the CSE-IT User Training at their own sites.



Requirements:

In order to attend this training, your agency MUST have a User Agreement.
