Course Description:
The 2.0 Train-the-Trainer (T3) is for current CSE-IT 2.0 users, providing certification to hold in-house training. This empowers your organization to provide ongoing, internal training on the CSE-IT accommodating for new hires and the expansion of screening.
The CSE-IT 2.0 Train-the-Trainer is open to those who:
- Have previously attended a CSE-IT training and have used the CSE-IT 2.0 for a minimum of 6 months
- Directly supervise staff using the CSE-IT for a minimum of 6 months
- Or experienced trainers with other CSEC training experience
The CSE-IT 2.0 Train-the-Trainer consists of two parts:
• Part 1 is the CSE-IT 2.0 User training to review use of the tool and increase familiarity with the User Training curriculum.
• Part 2 builds training skills and comfort with the curriculum to prepare trainers to independently lead the CSE-IT user training at their own sites.
